Q1: May I visit your company? How can I reach you?

A: Yes for sure, you can visit us during our working time after let us know your visiting schedule. 

We are located in Guangzhou, and it's only a 15-minute drive from the local airport, we also can send a car to pick you up to our company when you arrive.

Q2: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We have our own factory and can also do import and export by ourselves. 

We are specializing in artificial leather and automotive interiors. We offer both ODM and OEM customization services.

 

Q3: How can I customize my own product?

A: We can customized both for artificial leather and car accessories. Please simply share your idea or similar picture or sample to us, and then we can customized according to your requirements. 

 

Q4:Can I Get some Samples? How long I can get the sample?
A: That's for sure, Sample orders are acceptable, We have color swatches and also can customized sample, for stock products, will be ship out with 2-3days, for customized products normal will take 10-15days, depends on the sample you need. 

Most of small samples are free and customized sample will have sample cost, however, the shipping cost need to pay your side. 

Q5: How about the shipping cost?
A: For sample order normal will be ship by express or by air, for big order can be ship by sea. We can quote for EXW, FOB, FCA, CFI and DDP price both.

We need to make sure your final order quantity and your detail address includes ZIP code to check shipping cost.

If you have a shipping forwarder, we also can arrange shipping to your warehouse in China.

 

Q6:What is your payment term?

A: Full Payment for sample order or stock products order.

30% deposit and 70% balance should be pay before delivery for mass production order. We'll show you the video, photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
